She earned her Bachelor's in Architecture from Mangalam School of Architecture and Planning Kottayam, . She is expertise in creating sustainable and impactful architectural designs. She has contributed significantly to the design of various residential, commercial, assembly buildings in both private and public sectors. She has designed Neendakkara Panchayat Office. Megha has worked with Habitat Technology Group, where she was involved in notable projects such as Kerala flood relief, UNDP projects, Life Mission, Elephant Rehabilitation Centre Kottur, District Police Training Centre in Trivandrum, Valiyathura Church renovation, Rotary Wins Target project, Vetturoad market project, Mitranikethan projects, RUSA, several residential projects etc.
