Er. S Mohan is a seasoned Structural Engineer, holding a M.Tech . from IIT Madras and BSc (Engg) from College of Engineering Trivandrum (CET). Mohan has more than 30 years of industrial experience and 10 years of teaching experience and worked as Professor and Head of the Department of Civil Engineering in Lourdes Matha College of Science & Technology, Trivandrum. He has license for designing towers (Building of any height) in UAE. One of his prestigious work is Yas Island Retail Centre in Yas Island Abu Dhabi which is the biggest in the world at the time of design. He worked as the Principal structural designer for White water rafting facility, Al Ain which includes the world’s biggest surf pool. He has designed several bridges which includes bridges at Poovthnkadavu, Anjarakandi and Dharmadom. He did structural designs for Neendakkara Panchayat Office. He has also designed various multistoried apartments upto 52 floors and was the principal structural engineer for the design of two five-star hotels in Abu Dhabi.
