Arun Residence is a modern tropical residential project in Neyyattinkara, Kerala, designed by Architect Aju R under Havitive Infra Pvt. Ltd. The residence is planned as a 3BHK contemporary home with spacious living areas, a functional kitchen, sit-out, balcony, open terrace, and ample natural ventilation. The design follows a minimal contemporary architectural style with clean horizontal lines, textured stone-finish cladding, wooden window frames, and shaded outdoor spaces suited for the Kerala climate. The project emphasizes natural lighting, cross ventilation, privacy, and efficient space planning while maintaining a warm and elegant exterior appearance. According to the architectural drawings, the residence has a total built-up area of approximately 122 sq.m (1318 sq.ft), including 86 sq.m on the ground floor and 36 sq.m on the first floor. The home is designed to provide a comfortable living environment with a strong connection to the surrounding landscape and tropical greenery.
