Subodh Residence is a thoughtfully designed contemporary Kerala home located in Vazhayila, Thiruvananthapuram. Designed by Architect Megha at Havitive Architectural Studio, this residence combines the warmth of traditional Kerala architecture with modern living spaces, creating a timeless home that is both elegant and functional. The design features sloping clay-tiled roofs, exposed timber elements, decorative terracotta jaali blocks, natural stone detailing, and expansive glazed openings that maximize natural light and ventilation. A central courtyard enhances the indoor climate while strengthening the connection between interior and exterior spaces. Every area has been carefully planned to ensure comfort, privacy, and efficient circulation for modern family living.
